Track and Field Ramblings – New Age of PE and T&F days!

InfraRed Running Sculpture by Vincent_AF CC BY NC My friend @doug_gleddie and I recently had a wee Twitter flurry focused on alternate track and field events/days. After our short exchange of ideas, we decided to collaborate on this blog post to highlight our perspectives and thoughts.
